Education:
A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, often accredited by a professional body is required with programs typically spanning to four (4) to five (5) years.
Licensure:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software mainly in AutoCAD. Proficiency will be tested by hands-on practical drawing test with technical interview questions to evaluate both
speed and structural knowledge. The test will be conducted by a licensed engineer of the Employer on board.
In addition, proficiency in other engineering tools is mainly Microsoft Excel, a universal spreadsheet tool used for cost estimates, bills of quantities and mathematical tracking. The licensed engineer on board will be conducting the test by providing a work sample test like quantity calculations, data organization, and conditional logic. The test includes the following:
1) formulas and arithmetic references the candidate must be able to calculate total reinforcement steel weight or concrete volume by multiplying dimensions, utilizing absolute cell references.
2) conditional logic functions the candidate must be able to perform functions like SUMIF, SUMIFS, or nested UF statements to filter and sum quantities only when specific structural elements or material grades match criteria.
3) data organization & tables the candidate will be tested its ability to convert raw material logs into an official Excel Table (Ctrl + T) and apply auto filter or sorting to isolate specific site locations or work items.
4) data visualization the candidate will be evaluated for its ability to generate professional bar or scatter charts representing soil test results, leveling data, or project schedules.
Experience:
The candidate must be able to provide industry certificate of employment and/or internship experience for at least six (6) months. The certificate/s must be signed or issued by a licensed
Civil Engineer with active license upon issuance. The certificates must also detail the industry experiences of the candidates. These certificates will provide assurance to the Employer that the candidate possesses the basic knowledge, skills and experience necessary in the engineering industry.
Key Abilities:
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical skills are essential for managing projects and teams on-site. These skills will be tested via interview to be conducted by a licensed engineer on board. The licensed engineer on board will be asking questions about engineering terminologies/technicalities and situational project scenarios.

Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three
fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily Transportation: Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all
applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations.
Overtime Available: Overtime hours will be available to the worker under this job offer and payable for every hour worked at the rate disclosed in this application.
On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will not be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

Compensation:
Basic Wage Rate: $33.39/hr to $34.00/hr

Frequency of Pay: Weekly. Payment is made every Friday for the hours worked during the previous week.
Deductions from Pay: FICA TAX ( SS and MEDICARE) , Ch2 Tax and Ch7 Tax if applicable. The employer will provide transportation and housing at no costs. However, an employee has an option to stay outside the company's provided housing and will be provided $200.00 per month housing allowance.
